This is in reference to my Samsung Galaxy A8 which I purchased in Feb, 2016, which was a very wrong decision on my part to choose Samsung product and invest my money and time into it. The product is quite good in terms of performance and features, no doubt but the after sale service made it a worst experience with Samsung.
Visit their service centre in case any issue arises and be there uninvited guest every next day.
The reason which made me say that I visited there service centre once for a technical issue in USB jack of my phone in the month of June, 2016, and I didn't get my phone repaired completely till date.
And their service team as well as customer care service don't even care about the concerns of customer. All the response which I get that issue is ESCALATED to their escalation team. and no response is received till date. You can't even talk to their seniors who have authority to do something. Customer care service centre can't even arrange a call back, and they don't have contact no of seniors or email id on which someone can contact directly, it is really unprofessional experience with such a branded Company.
Those who are reading this review please suggest if there is any other way through which I can get the issue resolved.
