The product is good, easy to use, easy to carry, enough space to store data.
PROBLEMS ARE: -
1) Some times its color fades on screen then I have to turn off and on to regain real color effect. I told this to Samsung Care Center, But they wanted to see it( YA IT’S THEIR JOB), and I was unable to show it as this problem occurs anytime.( AND THIS PROBLEM IS FACED BY MY 3 FRIENDS TOO HAVING SAME PHONE PURCHASED ALMOST AT SAME TIME)
2) It is with the charger, It have 6 months warranty and it’s over now but my phone didn’t cross even 1 year and data cable of charger is not working well I have to hold the phone with port connected to phone. BUT WHEN I CONNECT OTHER SAMSUNG PHONE CHARGER THEN I DIDN’T HAVE TO HOLD THE PORT AND PHONE, Its only my charger which is not working well.
3) It’s hang too much while playing games.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, price are too high as compared to performance
