4 years back I was using samsung galaxy y mobile and it was value for money, there was no problem in that device, then after 1 year a new model came into market Galaxy grand 2 and I decided to buy that mobile because I was attracted towards its big screen and look.
I bought it in 2015 january and it was running fine for next 5 months then suddenly I felt that mobile is getting hang there was so much hanging issue so I went to service center and they told me we need to reset the mobile and they did it, my all data lost at that time because they did not inform me that data would be lost by resetting it.
I got the mobile back and it was working fine, I installed all useful app again and after 1 month again same issue started. One additional thing this time happening was whenever I put it on charging it starts heating up from back side.
I sold that mobile after using it 8 months and I really had a very bad experience. That was the poor quality product by Samsung.
I was not happy it was a waste of money for me and today also I feel regret.
