Hi, dear my self using samsung glaxy Grand2 from last 1.5year, I brought it from market in 13500/- rupees but now its price reduced but the quality of product is still same. I never feel any problem with it like Battery failure, low battery backup, hang-up, charging point not work, jack not work etc. fairly in beginning I found a air bubble in screen center point & complaint to Samsung service center, after too much follow up they hardly ready to resolve problem. from service point of view in some cities the samsung authorize service operator not ready to submit the phone & make too much excuse. That’s only this product is maintenance free otherwise I stuck with service center. get a tour to nearby service center before you going to buy any mobile.
