The worst phone I’ve ever used of Samsung is Samsung galaxy Grand Quattro ( GT18552) . The phone does not have much features. There is no new feature in the phone. Besides this the phone has the oldest version of Android. It has jellybean android. It has dual sim. The main Demerit of the phone is that in gets hang too much as the processor is very slow. It also has very low internal storage of only 5GB. The camera quality is worst. It has 5 mega pixel in the back and 3 mega pixel at the front. The phone also doesn’t have a good battery back up. It drains very fast. it also does not have emojis. It doesnt shows emoji as the Android update is old. I used to face many problem while chatting with others as I couldn’t understand what they are sending or which emoji are they sending.
Looks of the phone is average, not do bold. Overall I don’t think so that the phone has value for money.
