Non sense phone, never allows you to use the phone smoothly, hangs like hell, sometimes you cant receive calls, network detection is poor, cannot browse applications, hangs every now and then.
Purchased this phone in April 2013, since then I have visited service center 4 times, still the problems remain unresolved, please someone let me me know how to sue Samsung for cheating the customers by selling faulty phones that are expensive.
I wish I case on them asap.
Please do not go in for this phone, I have my friends using Micromax phone CANVAS A4 and A6 with similar features and doesn’t even hang a bit and allows hassle free usage.
Please check other brands but do not go for this brand. Samsung is looting its customers and soon its gonna see light of the day like Nokia, out of business.
