I got this phone few week back for my friend but eventually it was a disaster. The is simply wastage of money, time and patience. This unit had some issue with the battery assembly, they updated me that if can be corrected with a system update. I downloaded all the updates but at the end of the day, everything is same as before. They asked us to walk to customer service centre to reset the OS, we did everything as they mentioned but again the problem is same as before.
Now, samsung escalated the issue to their special service care unit, they tried everything but the heating issue in the battery is same no matter which part or wire they change. They asked us to intimate customer service for a replacement but customer service keeps on delaying the replacement process. After few days we approached Consumer Redressal and filed our complain with them. These can be avoided if we choose a different phone manufacturer. I would like to update consumers to think twice before purchasing.
