SO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. Was told at time of purchase that this phone was unlocked. As we spend 6 months in USA and 6 months in Canada, we would only need to change the SIM card from country to country. NO SO This phone locks the minute you cross the border. Spent three days of 4 hours of being transferred again and again. Today, someone finally said that yes it locks. That still does not solve the problem. So my final comment on this product is a BIG THUMBS DOWN!
