Iam using this mobile phone since 2 years ago. The sound reception of this mobile is good. It is sleek and stylish. The design of this phone is attractive for consumers. This phone is not friendly with users. It was starting hang anytime anywhere. The hang problem of this phone is make angry to the users.
The phone is powered by android. The feature of this phone is very bad. It have 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM. Android LOLLIPOP 5.1 version. 5 MP rear camera and 2 MP front. The clarity of camera is very bad. The picture is not be a clear. The look of this phone is not good. I wasted my money by purchased this phone. When Samsung launched this mobile I was very exited to purchase it . But after 6 months the mobile become hang and it was make me sad. Other mobiles have more latest features. The camera of other phones they have 13 MP rear and 8 MP front cameras. It have Android latest versions. And it have more storage like 32 GB, 64 GB etc. That makes users to storage their photos, videos, applications, files, documents etc. It is very cool for users. But the Samsung J2 doesn’t give us more storage like 32 GB, 64 GB to storage our photos, videos, applications, files, documents etc. It was very big problem to users. They purchases separately SD card for storage their important files. Im bored by using this mobile I want to change it. I want to purchase latest phones like Samsung Galaxy S8.
