The product is Samsung Galaxy J2
I bought this phone from Pazhavangadi Mobile point, Trivandrum in Kerala on 29/03/16 . It’s serial number is RZ8H30PBXBW
This product is very bad. Because of the low battery capacity and hanging problem for the main of these reasons so that only am telling that this product is bad.
After purchasing this phone, within 2 month I started to face the main problem as software issue. Within 6 months I went to Samsung service centre for repair my software issues for more than 3 times.
After I came to face the problem as phone is hanging while using and auto off and auto restart of the phone. So for these reasons also company service centre is telling that because of software issue.
After few days going on before 8th month after I purchase this phone, I came to face the main problem as low battery capacity as by continue use of the phone for 2 hrs my battery charge will decrease from 100 to below 20% .
Its look is only nice but nothing is inside of it.
So am requesting everybody to please avoid this phone and don’t buy it anymore please pass this to your friends and family.
