I use Samsung Galaxy j3 for last 6 month I use this phone very rough but It not show any problem since.It have 1.5gb RAM that is very good.And it have 8 GB ROM.It’s camera is very very awesome It has 8mp rear camera and 5 MP front which is very good reason that I buy it.It have bike mod that very awesome.One of the very good thing of the phone is this phone never warm in use of long time like 2-3 hour the warm iS a serious problem of Android phone which different of this phone.
