I bought this phone for my sister about 6 months ago and the initial expressions of the handset were really good. The sound reception on the phone is pretty good and the call quality is very clear.
Now as the company promised that the J Series would be lag-free and the handset would not slow down in terms of performance, I am really disappointed as the after 2-3 months of use it became very laggy. Multitasking became very sluggish and the handset itself became very slow in response time.
The Camera quality is also average. The camera performs good under daylight conditions but under low light conditions its pictures are very rusty. The night mode isn’t that effective and the pictures under flashlight are not too sharp.
The only good feel about this phone is the style and design. The handset is really stylish and feels slim in the hand. But it is a little broad so it is difficult to operate with one hand.
For the price of 13, 900/-, I wouldn’t recommend this handset. There are better options in this price range.
