I just went on Youtube looking for comparison reviews with Moto G 2015 ( 3rd gen) . I am looking for a phone for my parents.
The J5 is clocked at lower than G3 by about 150mhz and it makes a difference when the clockspeeds are at the low 1ghz range.
J5 has support for only 2 multitouch points, whereas G 3rd does 10 ( though I don’t recall a situation where I needed more than 2 touch points) . G 3rd does also have the 2gb RAM/16gb storage option and probablybetter update support judging from Samsung’s treatment of non-flagships in thepast, whereas the Moto G series are Motorola’s best sellers. I am also wondering if the AMOLED used in J5is pentile, cause on the Galaxy S3’s Pentile AMOLED ( also 720p but at 4.8?) , pixels can be seen.
