I’ve just bought samsung galaxy j5, and I installed some apps, such as facebook, instagram, and everything was good. Then, I get my snapchat. When I use camera on snap it’s ok, I turn it to the front camera, it’s also ok, but when I want to go to the back camera, it all stops and my real camera says’camera failed’. Does anyone have this problem? I unistalled snapchat, it’s all ok now, but I really want to have it. Why would I have phone without applications I like and I’ve used on my past phones?
