We have the same issue with Sky. Ive had the phone for a week now and my Sky Mobi sim still doesnt have a signal. They just keep saying theyve already processed my request and that I just have to wait. And to not worry as the billing will only start when the sim card has been activated. Had I known they were this slow I wouldnt have taken the offer. The only upside is I got a new phone without paying for anything.
