-Right I shall vent here. After the shocking customer service Ive had from Sony with my samsungPremium it will be the last Sony device I ever purchase. Sent back under warranty for just a faulty headphone jack. they have since gone on to claim the screen is damaged, thats its my fault and that they want over £100 to fix something that WAS NOT BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! This is all mixed in with being repeatedly promised call backs that never HAPPEN and no mention throughout of the original headphones jack issue. A real shame as Ive always liked their phones. but I truely hope the Samsung deevision continues its demise and has to shut down.
