Samsung brand is not serving it’s customer properly. The every phone it is launching works fine for 2-3 months and after that it started getting freeze even when we use whatsapp. The sound quality is very bad of this phone, sometimes even if the volume is high the audio cannot be heared. This phone is not at all user friendly , sometimes it also get rebooted without any instruction. The design and style of this phone is bulky which cannot be fit into our palm.
