I purchased samsung galaxy j7 before 2 months of rupees 16000 from amazon.com the price and the feature doesn’t match I buy it only because of brand name( samsung) but the phone not looks so good and I have received a old battery in the phone when I charge full it goes down in 20 minutes only due to warrenty when I go to service center to change it they don’t lisen us and behave so rude and it is about one month they don’t change the battery since only exuces comes from there side if they don’t give me the solution in the next 2 days as they promised I will go to the consumer court
