I am not Samsung fan but I still believe in Samsung more than other companies just due to better quality hardware and after sales service This time I purchased a J7 prime 32GB ( G-610F/DD) . Awesome phone since day 1. No heating issue, no hanging issues on which many people talk like hell. It works just well as expected. I never trust buying phones on-line because you have no way to check quality before payment. If you find issues later once you made the payment, I will pray God to save you. At least company is not going to help you on after sales support as you expect. This gets applied to every other company now a days. For every new purchase, I don’t follow others blindly. I do my study first on internet, then I make-up my mind, find a nearest good mobile store, check and test, negotiate and purchase. Success 100% always guaranteed unless you have extremely bad luck on that mobile or God is not happy with you. Also one imp point - Pls use phone wisely, don’t be blind and excited installing garbage from playstore, giving the phone to be used by a small kid or a person who does not know what is he/she doing unnecessary things on phone. If you do, pls don’t cry due to complaints. use the phone as expected by the company, install only authentic application which is actually useful for you and expected to work as per your needs. I have used many many smart phones I have purchased and used but never had any issues because I believe in doing good homework before doing anything. Good luck!
