So the j7 prime! It costs around 18, 000 rupees and what it gives us in this current competitive market, a battery, decent camera. the most important thing as expected they again did not put some sensors in this phone like light sensor and gyro.come on samsung we all know the current market status and in this price what other respective companies providing us. Without further a do lets go to depth of this smartphone. One more thing I wanted to tell you guyz that I am writing this review after 1 months of heavy usage and this is my honest opinion. So lets get started First I am gonna talk about the design,
1) DESIGN?? so the galaxy j7 prime comes with the same tradition old design with rounded corners. There is no deviation in the build philosophy, which makes this phone dull in this competitive market its really uninteresting. J7 prime comes with an front plastic body and a non removal metal back with plastic edges. But when it comes to protection it really fills solid from the inside. I would like to give 7/10 in terms of build and design. One more thing I want to tell you guyz that this smartphone comes with an fingerprint sensor in the front which is quite smooth and fast.
2) DISPLAY?? so j7 prime comes with an 5.5 inch full HD display, the scren resolution is 1920×1080 with a pixel density of 401ppi. It was an IPS LCD display which seems better by day to day usage. Overall I had a good experience while reading, browsing and playing games or watching videos after it was samsungs display. The colours, contrasts and vibrancy of the display in decent all the time.i would like to give 8/10 in terms of display.
3) CAMERA AND BATTERY?? the camera quality of this samsung smartphone is allways a disappointment for samsung users, this device comes with an 13 MP rear camera which is not much hood in terms of saturation and ISO. The picture comes noisy and it cant catch much details on the pictures all of the time nd the low light picture is a night mare good to say. Bt when it comes to front camera its pritty impressive all the time of the day. I would like to give 8/10 in terms of camera. The device comes with an 3, 300mah battery which probably the strong point of this device. It can easiliy privide you a 12 hours of normal usage, bt in case of heavy usage like gaming connected with internate throgh out the day, Facebook_ whtsapp , music .videos it provides me 6 hours of screen time which is pritty impresive. It takes near of 2.5 hours to charged fully( 0-100) . Again 8.5/10 in terms of battry life.
4) PERFORMANCE ?? the j7 prime really performs well throughout the day without any lag. The device comes with exynos 7870 coupled with 3GB ram the sounde and xall clatity is good and the fingerprint sensor works fast it take 1 second to unlock properly. And it can easily run high end games like asphalt 8, mortal combat 5, injustice without any lag.
5) VALUE FOR MONEY?? J7 prime is a good smartphone in this range but still the price tag is near od 18000rupees, I would never suggest this smartphone to any one in thsi price it has a uninspiring design with many missing key essentials, there are many smartphones under 15000 provides much more key essntials, camera and battery life like the redmi note 4, cool 1. This is my request to not to go with this smartphone it doesnot matter that you are a heavy or light user in this huge price, just go for the others as mentioned. Thank you.
