Problem phone

I purchase samaung galaxy J7 Pro on 15 of aug2017.Starting its was good to use soon after 1 week I face problem touch in not working.And I showed to authorized service centre and they updated me status saying it may be becoz of proper software updated in mobile.And I updated in service center itself. After 1 week same issue I face.whole day I tried same touch is not working .Next day I went to service center.After some times its working automatically .Now again same issue I m facing .
