I bought samsung galaxy j7 on 5th november 2015.
After two days it started showing.
a) SD card removed unexpextedly.
b) mobile got heat up to such an extent that I was not even able to talk to someone.
c) the mobile started hanging.
d) today the ringer also got damaged.
I visited the samsung service center but they refused to replace my mobile istead they said they have only one solution i.e. to replace the whole hardware of the mobile. Even after getting the hardware replaced the mobile agin stated hanging, and back button gave somewhat trouble in between.
Next day google play and ringer stopped working in between.
I have not expected this type of product from samsung. now I have to ever think of buying any of the samsung product.
