I had made the software update for my newly buyed j7 but after the update the battery duration becomes lesser than from the buying condition. Now I am thinking to factory reset.
What is your expert opinion?worst phone I have ever come across, every time some one calling me told me ur no. is not reachable and busy, j7 having signal issues, towers are there but some one calls you, they couldn’t reach you, inbuilt defect.
