I had purchase J7 in month of March I am facing Problem in my handset when I am dialling from log list in some of the nos the mobile is restarting I have taken the matter to technical deparetment they have just down graded the software and told me to wait as they are also not aware of such issue, now from last 4 days it is working on down grade software my mobile has restarted only once as the system was fully formated, I dont think the problem is sorted out so kindly sort out the matter or get my phone replaced.
