This is the one of the best smartphone which I had used till now.Its features are satisfactory in this range with a brand name Samsung.
It has a big screen size so that it feels good when you are playing games or movies. It also have 1.5gb ram which gives a high speed performance with a decent inbuilt storage of 16gb. I also have a good battery life of 2days with 3000mah power.
It have a good camera quality of 13mp rear and a decent camera of 5mp with flash in front. It runs on 5.1 lollipop which also gives a good interface. Overall I suggest you this phone in the range of 10k to 15k.
