I am currently using M21 mobile as my primary phone, so while using this mobile I am having a great experience with this mobile. It has been almost more than 2 years I am using M21 mobile so if your looking for under 15k budget range, it is a one of the best mobile I can recommend. I had buy m21 mobile from online platform and I guess at that time when I was buying m21 mobile it is one the mobile that as launched with 6000mAH battery capacity, while using the same I feel its battery backup is more as compare to any mobile under the same range. so if some one do not want to charge its mobile again and again in a day so just go for this mobile. after one year when I used to call someone its voice is very not audible to me therefore I take the mobile to Samsung gallery to check and after there checking they told that your device mic as damage that is why you cannot able to hear a voice. and they replace my mic within an hour and after servicing the mobile is working fine. so the after sale service of this mobile is great I mean its all the internal components is available no need to wait for long days for servicing. currently now its running on android 12 from the day I had buy this mobile it gets 3 major android updates in its. but now after this I think this mobile not getting any android updates.
so if anyone is comfortable to as mobile with great display quality and with monster battery backup please go with this mobile.
mobile comes with two color variant they are one comes with black and another comes with green so I personally buy the black one because my favorite color is black.
But one think I not like that this mobile as very cheap quality plastic back so if your using this mobile without backcover than this mobile backcover gets very scratches on it and after some days the mobile start looking dull I mean to say that if you gonna buy this mobile please with the backcover.
And the same time I want to talk about its battery since it is comes with a very big battery of 6000mAH but at the same time the weight of the mobile it just 186 gram can you imagine how nicely Samsung able to distribute the weight of the mobile I mean when I am using the mobile I am not able to believe that this mobile as got such a big battery and still it feels so light weight in hand, one who gonna buy this mobile I am sure he/she going to love this mobile.
Now lets talk about its display quality because display is one of the important things in mobile because everyone is seeing the display of the mobile first and if it is a good quality your user experience is great.
so m21 as samoled display of full HD resolution and trust me it is damm! good display and I am enjoying the content viewing in this mobile, see I love to watch to many youtube videos so this is again one of the main reason I buy this mobile and using it till date.
Talking about display more one thing I do not like it that it is come only with 60Hz refresh rate but that is okay I guess for normal usage it can handle every things absolutely fine and with buttery smooth as well.
Now talking about its speaker quality it comes with only single speaker and it is bottom firing speaker support Dolby atmos audio as well for normal user the speaker is just fine but for music lover the speaker quality is below average.
Talking about its protection it come with gorilla glass 3 protection but at this budget it is okay and good protection even I my usage the mobile as fall down many a times but nothing happen to the mobile just few minor scratch.
So this all about my real time experience with product I have share with you all.
