First of I am going to discuss what is his good feature:
STORAGE- Samsung galaxy M31 gives you an internal storage of 128gb, which, in my opinion, is good.
BATTERY- This phone gives you a good battery life. It gives a battery of 6000 Mah.
SOUND QUALITY- Its speaker’s sound is good.
DISPLAY- its display is also good. It has a blue light filter.
FAST CHARGING- it has fast charging attribute.
DRAWBACKS-
Camera- in its features, there is mention of 64MP quad camera and 32 mp selfie camera.
But my experience about its camera is disappointing. from my experience picture quality is not of 64MP camera. it does not support zoom.

If you like to play games and are a heavyuser of mobile then this phone is not suitable for you.

It has a heating problem while charging and playing games.
