Strongly recommended NOT to buy any mobile products of SAMSUNG. Bloody Shi t company it is. Go for iPhone at least there’s no defect in their products.
My review: If there’s an option to give negative markings for SAMSUNG then I would give "-" (minus) infinite ratings. In Jan’13 month – I purchased Samsung Note 2 from Indiatimes Shopping, first of all product is an average when you compared to Samsung Galaxy which had a cost of INR 21, 000/- (starting price) with all the same features of Samsung Note 2. Thik hai… that’s also granted/accepted.
Secondly, Samsung Note 2 is manufactured and formed in such a way that out of two parts incase one of the either is destroyed by waterlogging or sweating while talking you have to end up paying INR 7, 500/- which is a huge cost, though mine is still under warranty. I came to know the cost when I went to Samsung Gallery in Andheri (Petrol Pump near Sakinaka) who asked for 7, 500/- to repair it with new display screen.
Internally, they checked my mobile for the problem and God knows what they did, but they did something and my mobile was getting restart and restart and restart and so on. Then I went to Samsung Gallery in Dombivali (Behind Sarvesh Hall) there they asked me for INR 9, 500/- again the issue is same. All Dombivlikar, avoid going to Dombivali Samsung Gallery, there the staff are all useless (it is owned by Mr. Ricky Talreja) the guy who works under Mr. Ricky (who sits at the center of the office) is the worst man I must have ever seen. He is a bloody animal.
He just sits with the tummy ahead and orders their employees who are almost like freshers. I am not going to stop writing for them, unless and until my problem is not solved. I am also writing to some bloggers for putting my reviews along with mouthshut.
Guys please don’t go for any Samsung Mobile Products.
