13 months after purchase.. phone dead.. yes thats

It has bbeen exactly 13 months that I bought my galaxy note 2 and I have been to Samsung service center already 3times. 2 times the phone software encountered a issue so software was upgraded. all data lost. this was not less that as the phone goes out of warranty, now the phone is dead. the phone was in my clutch bag wworking 15 minutes back and after 15 mins its dead. It did not fall down, no downloads were happening. plain simple dead without any reason.


The Samsung service center where I frequently go and which is full of frustrated customers tells me after charging Rs.163 and after waiting in a long queue of 1 hr that my phone is dead, the mother board is not working and that I will have to pay Rs.7649 for it to work. Couldn’t believe. First I buy a phone for 37k last year and now Samsung tells me that I need to day up another 8k.for what?


Horrible after sale. I think now I realise how unreliable and undurable Samsung products are. Same thing had happened with my tv last year where mother board stopped working and I had to pay 14k for repair. I am very worried about my 2 Samsung led tv, washing machine, a.c., grand duos and Samsung tab 2 which I have. I urge you all to stop buying Samsung products.
