Mails to CEO will not make any difference, I has brought a note 3 and the phone is as good as using a Hot iron box just 30 days old handset I asked for a replacement but they said they can’t, The best part is Samsung people do not take any responsibility after like 100 reminders some comes in and says they will repair the device and took my phone and later they ask me to pay 8000 for a screen and I said them to keep the phone for them self and they are happy?
Now I am filling a case in all legal form any anyone with bitter experience please mail me details

Most horrible service, Definitely I need to take Samsung to Consumer court anything happens to me the CEO and the Top management is Responsible for this, After several reminders no one has bothered to solve the issue, yesterday I was on a call gave the phone to my friend he realized the heat in his ears and dropped the phone and the glass creaked, I have been complaining for day one This is a defective piece of XXX. I need a replacement
