Samsung Service Centre was very goof. I have now rung them on 6 separate occasions. On most occasions I am disconnected. Off course never a call back, so I call again and explain the whole story. It has been 2 weeks now and my expensive Samsung air conditioner is still not fixed.Technicians are terrible, call centre is terrible, system is the worst.meanwhile PLDT fixed my phone in 2 days no problems.AND STILL NO AIRCON REPAIR.AFTER 2 WHOLE WEEKS.


Order a part.wait 3 days to get the part from Makati to Taguig ( 30 min drive) .


I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN .I love my Samsung smart phone, but I know if ever I need service there will be none.


THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE.and are liars, and completely incompetent. THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED AND REPLACED WITH PEOPLE WHO CAN DO THEIR JOB.


Worst service in my whole life of 51 years.about equal to dealing with a Philippine Government office.TERRIBLE.SAMSUNG HEAD OFFICE LOOK AT THE Ol DO SOMETHING !
