Requesting you not be be lured by Samsungs farce promotion on Free Wireless Charger on Galaxy Note 5 and Edge 6 plus smartphones!
I was promised by the Samsung sales person in their showroom that I would receive a free wireless charger if I bought a Galaxy Note 5 before 14 Nov 2015.
For last 2 months, I have been following up(complaint ref# 8420208839) and my request has been pushed from one department to another - first it was the Samsung showroom and area manager, then went to Samsung CSR(multiple follow-ups on 1800 266 8282) and then to sales team and now headoffice and CEO office. All of them have been passing the blame to other teams. It has been a frustrating experience and feels like dealing withSarkari babus lacking professional Samsung brand customer service. Furthermore, there has been no resolution, in-spite of sharing all relevant details - offer details, phone details etc.
Hence I am not left with any other option but to voice my concern here, hoping for a quick and positive response.
