Over the last 20years samsung couldn't had any such experiences of their product getting blasted. It had been a major crisis for them to stop the production of note7 for customers safety. Years back I and one of my friend in dubai purchased it at the same time since we got offers for buying 2 of them. When we started using it we felt it as the best phone since it had many features like iris scannner, wonderful display, etc. Then one day my friend informed that he felt his phone started slightly heating and he thought of changing the phone. I didnt thought of changing my phone since for me I had no complaint on it also I didn't had the money to change. Then suddenly my friend called me one day seriously and said that he was about to change his phone within that time it got exploded at the previous night while he left it for charge. I thought it was not the phone's complaint instead it would be the charging socket's due to high volt. Then I came to know many people who owned this phone had the same experience and the complaint was it's battery catching fire. Then I thought that me and my family was lucky for not having such an experience, especially my small sister who used to watch videos and play games in my note 7 by keeping it in charge. And I sold the phone as soon as I could and got only very low price since by the time the news of note 7 exploding was known everywhere. Now since the product has stopped it's production I hope no one can own it, by chance if any one own it or bought any second hand product of galaxy note 7 I plead them to discard it for the safety of his/her own and their family.
