Bought a Galaxy Note last month. Exactly after a month of moderate usage the famous HD AMOLED Screen flickered once and now has a permanent burnt line across the whole length of the screen(bright green in colour).
There was no accidental damage to the phone or even a scratch, so when Samsung refused to replace the handset and the rude Area Services Manager brushed my request aside I decided to warn other buyers.
I am disappointed with the quality of this expensive handset and the company’s response.
Be careful while you buy this particular model of Samsung. Meanwhile my fight with the company continues!
