Placed the order from Flipkart(Order ID OD112842422413544000).
Faced a number of issues since purchase like:
When on call, often other person can’t hear me, most likely a sim slot or software problem! The only solution customer care has is’Factory Reset’, few days after which, the problem reappears!
Call often ends as soon as it is made, have to replace the call.
Auto-brightness is worthless, have to adjust brightness manually as its too dim even in room light.
Software is backdated, still stuck at android 7.0 where as lower end models like on5 pro has 7.1.1
Display is not up to mark, feels light yellowish!
Samsung seems to be fooling customers nowdays, totally lost faith in it!
