Phone was third class, heating problem too..

Phone was third class, heating problem is so much, charging is very slow and battery finish very fast and there is also strange problem in contacts(contacts of different two people merge on the one name).


I purchase the phone 3 months ago(27 July 2016) But in 3 months my phone is totally damaged its battery is damage data-cable is damage.


As well as Amazon gives me wrong Data-cable my phone is on 7 pro and I received data-cable of Samsung J5 thats why my phone suffers with that problems that statement is of Service Center Staff of Samsung.


So I want to refund my third class phone because in 3 months I suffered a lots of problem about heating about charging about contacts etc.


Now the phone is in Warranty Period now it is ok but what after Warranty. I cant go every day to service center and after warranty I cant pay money everyday to that phone.
