It is awkward! Actually one can only understand how this phone is, when only using it! Yes, you yourself will understand why this phone is great and I’m so impressed about it! Only the screentouch does not work sometimes, but that does not create a major problem anytime! Yes, there is customer service which is very very very poor, I’ve been the service center 3 times for my touch problem, they did something that it runs good for somedays and again the problem appears, now my warranty period is over! the Pre-installed android lollipop. Update to Android marshmallow just takes almost all memory and especially bloatwares just ruin it. and the phone gtes some lagginess because of low RAM memory.i can only say it’s an average roshanbhaskar phone with an android taste @ an affordable price
