Purchased Samsung mobile 1st time looking at the attractive features but the display went blank *after only 2 days of use*. The purchase date of my mob is 3rd Jan and I submitted it at service center on 10th Jan.
Now Samsung is not getting it replaced saying that the phone was submitted on 8th day (Samsung has 7 days replacement policy which is *never communicated* to the customer). Till today(17th Jan) , my cell is at service center and their is no communication from their side. Just procrastinating.
