I bought a galaxy S2 on July 17th 2011 from Mobile Store Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Last Saturday, July 30th, the camera stopped working. Yesterday, July 31st, the display went off and today August 01 it’s lying at Cell Solution, Domlur, A Samsung Service Center. I’ve been told that the display unit is gone completely and it needs a week to be fixed. I spent 31K on this phone and had a very high expectation. But it seems to be an usual Samsung product.. Unreliable in one word.
I don’t know if the problem will be fixed. And even if it’s repaired, what is the grantee that it’ll not develop another problem? What if a problem comes up after the warranty is over? Above all, I cannot use the phone for a week. This is frustrating, and you can imagine when one has spent Rs. 31K for the product. I’ll never buy a Samsung product in my lifetime.
