I got this product trusting samsung built quality. It has lots of heating issues. After few weeks the screen went blank with green streaks, and the phone became dead. Whem contacted samsung service they told there is a small scratch which means physical damage, and hence no warranty. When I told the phone has never ever even had a fall, and asked them to give in writing it was due to fall, they refused. They asked for nearly thirty percent, 16k, for display replacement though no display damage, but purely over heated phone causing the entire thing. Even while using the phone, it was like any other 10k phone, not very fast, though camera was only good thing.
