Employ Behavior is Not Tolerable

Just want to bring it to the attention of others, that one of my friend’s Amit Singh a user of Samsung S-3 went to Samsung service center in Okhla, New Delhi - 110020 to collect his phone Samsung S-3 as it had some technical issue with his phone.


Assuring him that the problem is resolved but when he brings his phone in use what he find is that the mic is not working at all and when he went back to address the same, he had a very bad conversation with the store person who is dealing with the case.


When the conversation was going on the security guard slapped him, to stop him, my friend hit him with the helmet on his hand. Even after that the store people blamed my friend for being irate. If I would be there even I would have done the same even anyone would have done the same.


But being a customer I won’t accept this kind of experience. No doubt the Samsung devices are the best but the behavior of the employees is miserable. The employees should be educated and they should have some antiquates and even they should have some manners.
