I purchased Samsung galaxy s4 mini in december 2013 . it was a very good smartphone but eventually its performance decreased and lags and hangs started taking place.
the pros and cons are: -
PROS
small and handy
screen( amoled) is awesome
call quality is good
CONS
music and ringtone volume is too low
camera is bot up to the mark
lags take place quite often
battery drains fast
