I have bought it before a month ago. At first I would like to say that the picture quality is perfect.
But when I update software, phone gets hotter when I use Internet.
And my phone had some features like smart scroll, first charging facility, ultra data saving mode which I can’t find after installation my update. So I want to ask that what is the use of this phone when I have to pay a big amount of money?
Now I see that it’s charge gating lower after using one hour of Internet.
It’s back camera is good but the front camera not doing well. Only 2 MP front camera with non clear pictures.
Only out looks makes this phone good.but the feature aer not user friendly.
It is given that there was 2GB ram inbuilt . But I see that only 1.7BG RAM is there.
After all this problem when I went to customer care of Samsung at basanti bhaban, kolkata 700074, at josh or road. They said That all was OK. And I was provided no service after being only one month of my phone delivery.
So I recommended not to buy this phone as it is back dated. And the baterary service is very bad.
