Samsung S6 worst phone ever. Heating problem. Bad after sale service.
Bought product 10 days ago. From 1st day it heats alot and goes to service and they saying 45 degree Celsius is normal. Still my complaint pending from service center. I show them it heating from power button end but they say we are not authorize to check from this side. There’s front desk say u are using internet that why it heats and there engineer say that you are calling for long tym dat y it heats. They forward case to higher level and funny thing is that there manger say that in Vizag the weather is hot that why it heats. God knows how he became manager of such a reputed company. In my suggestion go for iphone with good after sale service. I already beard the loss of 10 K almost and don’t wany anyone to face problem like me.
