I’m just having s7 edge I just purchased it on 28/6/2016 and i’m dissatisfied with it just because the unit I get its display already flexed and i’m facing so many issues after 10-15 days when I know that its display is not working well then I have gone to service centre here in kanpur they were saying that they will give my handset in one week so then I just left my phone there and when I am going to call them always they were saying that part will not come from company atlast they they have given my phone in 20 days and now I am facing that my phone speaker is not working properly an also my phone is not well packed back glass is coming out from body
They don’t have any procedure to giving new phones when we are facing that problem in 15 days worst behavior in service centre no service facility atlast I think apple is best they give us claim for 3 months from today onwards i’ll never gonna buy any samsung product.
