I purchased Galaxy S7 Edge on 18Jun16 with an offer to buy Gear VR at Rs 1990. However I dint receive any codes for that. I immediate info the matter to mygalaxy team, the team after wasting my time refused to help me further. I then wrote to their CEO office. They also directed me to do various things which I followed in letter and spirit and convinced me that the problem will be resolved. However later on they also refused and told me that the offer can’t be redeemed by me now. I am feeling cheated now.
