I like new technology, and bough iPhone when it was launched, similarly S2, Note, and so on, I liked all the phones they served the purpose during different time. As I was carrying two phone numbers, and S7 edge device is attractive, I decided to buy it on Prebooking.
I Booked the device on 14th March at Samsung Exclusive Showroom in CyberHub, Gurgaon.
I took its delivery on 18th March from the same store, During prebooking they mentioned that I will get Samsung VR, as it was widely reported in the Media. But on they day of delivery, I was told that I will get the code in April first week, and I can use that code to buy the VR. They activated the phone with my two numbers, one of which was mentioned in the pre-booking.
After 7th, I didn’t get any code, first they asked me to wait for one week, then I visited the store, they ONLY activated my phone with SIMs, they asked to switch the Sims and they switched and put the SIM which was in booking into tray 1 from tray 2.
Now, Samsung say that VR will not be given because SIM was first time in tray 2 not in tray 1. Do you think its reasonable terms by samsung? Also, to note here is that it was Samsung executive who activated the phone.
That’s why I strongly advice not to get lured by Samsung Big Ads, as they hide behind terms designed specially NOT to give customer the freebies they promise.

S7 Edge looks great but it has many problems due to OS, not really designed for edge device, Find bellow the pro & cons

I dropped it 6 inches, and screen got broken, and Had to pay 13K for repair, Too delicate phone
Heats alot because of Metal body, watch a video or do a video call and phone gets so hot that you cant touch it.
Power button is on such position that most of the time while holding the phone, you end up pressing it and call gets disconnected.
Edge screen make it difficult to watch video while holding the phone, as edge is touch screen which cause video to pause,
I have used S2, S5. they didn’t had these problems due to non-metal & normal screen.
I hope this reviews stops thousands of more people from getting cheated by Samsung.
