I bought Samsung Galaxy S7 this January 2017 in Hyderabad. After installing My Galaxy Application I got an offer Generated on 09Apr2017to buy a Gear VR at just 2999 exclusively on Samsung shop with coupon code GEARVR & this deal as per rule getting expired on 30Apr2017. Today, when I tried placing an order I am surprised to see the message popup(COUPON "GEARVR" is not valid) after placing the order with coupon code. I immediately call the Samsung Customer Care.
In a 1st call they said there is some error & it will be rectified very soon. 2nd call from them, the executive simple apology me for not able to fulfil the commitment. he simply said there were huge number of orders has been placed by many customers, thus they are not able to honor my request. I demand for writing apology, which also he denies to give.
I have all screen shots uploading, feeling very sad because after buying such an expensive phone they don’t value customer to give the product in an offer, I am not asking for free, ready to pay the offer price then why the Samsung Management is cheating. I purchased this phone for almost Rs. 50000/- then how come they simple neglect?
I request and pledge if my request ignored, then will never buy any product of Samsung, also go in a legal way to action.
