Those who are complaining of not getting free wireless charger kindly follow the steps and register your account with same email and mobile number which you had used while prebooked booking the phone on My Galaxy app not on Samsung pay.
I initially followed the steps provided by flipkart on Samsung pay but did not receive any code. Later on I contacted Samsung India directly over there Samsung executive directed me to register my account on My Galaxy app. And guess what after 2 hours I received my free wireless charger voucher code under My Galaxy app under the heading Claim your free wireless charger voucher.
And I used that code on Samsung e store and I just received the update from Samsung that it will be delivered by FedEx by tomorrow. Samsung has provided me with FedEx tracking number. I checked it on FedEx site and my parcel is on the way.
It hardly took 2 days to Samsung to deliver me my product. ?
