I bought a samsung tab in dec 2014 and immediately after buying tab within weeks of usage the battery stop giving back, after numerous visits to the service centre at last they replaced the battery. few months have passed and then I faced issue with the screen it suddenly turned green without any physical damage.
Product was into warranty but there service centres in delhi asked me to visit other service center saying that they dont have enough staff who can fix the issue, at last I went to their Naraina service centre, guy sitting there told that though there is no physical damage sign but the screen is green as you must have pressed the screen more then it intend to.
I asked him that a touch screen is meant to be used by touch isnt it?. I wrote to the CEO office and a chap called me and said that he will come back to me regarding this issue, six months have passed but that gentleman doesnt get time to respond back.I have thrown my samsung tab to a place which it deserve and that is dustbin.
